Robert Palmer Contracting did an expansion on my Lanai, they did a great job!! there were minimal issues, that were taken care of quickly. I would recommend them to anyone looking to a lanai expansion or New Enclosure. It turned out great.

Beginning
We had to remove the existing screen enclosure, dig and pour a new concrete footer. Install a concrete sub deck extension and then extend the pavers to match over the new extension. We extended the entire deck an additional 8 feet out toward the backyard to give the customer a lot more room to enjoy his pool deck and backyard oasis.
